I have a Clarion CMD5 radio and I am trying to add Sirius radio. I have connected the CNET cables blah blah and when I power on nothing happens I have tried to do the system check and nothing happens. I have gotten another CNET control Box and still the same thing anyone know how to get it to see the Sirius Radio. I also have and iPod adapter and it will not see that either. I know that I will have to activate the Sirius service but I can't even get the initial channel to come up on the radio. I have also tried to contact Clarion directly and they do not have a Tech Support line unless you are a dealer.

Thanks

Preston

I have a Kenwood deck that I had to actually by another adaptor in addition to the first sirius connection. You may need another piece of equipment to get it to work. I figured it out with the help of guys at the local electronic store.

Your CNET on your HU maybe fried. I had it happen to me, I had a bad cable that shorted the CNET out on the HU. If the case you need to send the HU in to get fixed.

are you inside a garage? You need to be outside for your antenna to pick up a signal for your id code. Ipod has to be turned on for HU to pick up a signal, you should at least get an AUX to come up on your display even though ipod is turned off.
