My weight is 165 lbs and my hight is 6.1 feet.
My level is intermediate and I'm looking at baying the LF Substance or Subjeckt or Balance.
What size of board shouls I get ? I have now a 142 but it feels far too big.
Info on the mentioned boards will also be helpfull (looking for a board with bib pop, easy on surface tricks)

you might want to stay around the mid to high 130s range, like a 135 on up to 138. But, don't limit yourself to those sizes. Sure, your 142 feels big, but you never know until you demo. I'm 165 and ride a 141.

You might want to check out the Nelson 138, too. It has a really big pop, loose, soft landings, excellent edge hold.
