Go to westmarine the filler neck and cap are made by perko.

Pretty sure its just a standard 1 1/2" gas cap.

This is what I used on my 1992 Ski Nautique. Great price, it is on sale for 16.99. I bought mine back in February and it was the same price. He offers free shipping on orders of 49.99 or greater, so I bought a few other things while I was at it. Great service, everything arrived in a few days, and I can't tell the difference from the original gas cap that I float tested after the cable broke. The description says chain holds the gas cap to the base, but it is really cable like the OEM Nautique one from '92.
