bazooka tubes?

are the bazooka subs any good? i'm just debating on whether its worth it to have a custom sub built or just pick up one of these.

IMHO, they sound pretty terrible. You can do MUCH better with not a lot more invested.

I have an Infinity Bass Link in my car and it sounds great. It is the same general idea as the bazooka tube but has more power and two speakers. It is nice and compact and doesn't take up all my trunk so I can still get my hockey bag in there.
I don't know how well it would work on the boat but if you put it up under the passenger seat you may get what you are looking for.
I looked at the bazooka when I was looking and it didn't do anything for me. Not much bass at all.
