How much warmer is the water at the plant. I have never gone under the bride over that way to check it out. Is it only on occasion that it is warmer, or season round? I only ask because my buddies and I are planning a small trip that way at the end of March, and I am sure the lake temp isnt quite up just yet. Thanks for the help.

I ride for Georgia State University's Waterski & Wakeboard Club. We keep our boat and ride at Lake Allatoona, which is north of Atlanta, and is also the wakeboarding mecca for GA...

I live close to Kennessaw and Lake Allatoona. I take the boat out as often as possible during the afternoons in the summer. I am always looking for someone to go with me and I have plenty of room in the boat. It's usually only a cpl of us during the week anyway. We try to find a calmer place on the weekends, to get away from the crowds we will go to the north end of lanier or carters usually..

Carters lake isn't nearly as crowded as the others but it can still be busy, we only went once last summer and we rode all day long without alot of interruptions. It's out in the middle of nowhere though and there's only one marina with gas and a store so take your lunch if you decide to go.

You guys looking to ride on Lake Tobosofkee? I'm not brave enough to get out there at the moment, but once it warms up I practically live on the water. didn't they swap top side hulls in 2002? Where the back is almost straight down making more room in the boat overall?
