I have a 13.5" x 17.5" (per service dealer) ACME prop #817 and it has a small warp to it. I was advised to get a new prop "sooner than later" and I'm wondering what is a good size.

My boat has the 330 hp Black Scorpion Motor, 700 lbs of Factory Ballast, 800 lbs of fatsacs (on the way) and I'm wondering if I should go with something less rake for more holeshot power? What have you guys used that you like?

Assuming an 1 1/8" bore adn 1:1.5 ratio - the Acme 537 (13.5X16).

Karl is the man. He improved my Centurions' hole shot at the best price I could find, not that there's anything wrong with that.

Sean - You must have a gear reduction tranny. My '05 Centurion V-drive with 1:1 gears came with 12" pitch prop.

Karl,

I just put my 13.5x16 prop on today. I'll let you know how I like it next week. Thanks for the recommendation.
