stock fat sac question

i have my stock fat sac that came with my supra 21v. I have replaced it with some 600 lb sacs, I want to add the stock bag on top of the 600 to surf with. It has two quick connect fittings from the factory ballast system, how should I attempt to fill this extra bag? Pump?

fill the center bag and the rear bag and have peopel sit on that side....unless you surf with just one other person?

the rear stock bags are only 250lbs. two guys on the back should be at least 350.
