I tried out this camera stabilizer at a trade conference and it was awsome.... I got one about a month ago and we haven't put it down. It's called a fig rig and it looks like a stearing wheel. The principles behind it are simple ergonomics but we have used it for all kinds of action shoots and it works great. It's runs about $200 for the rig and has accessories for light attachments, mic's, remotes and what ever else you want to attach to it....Must have item for the boat. I'm working on a simple mechanisim to attach my waterproof housing to it so I can shoot with it off a tube.... I'm using GL2's for the most part... Hope to get it in the water soon....Upload

Cool, when I first saw this in the magazine I thought it was someone running a practical joke ad. Sounds like it works! Cool, now lets see some footage!
