in case you have not heard, Texas Ski Ranch is switching from Mastercraft to Malibu. See below.

They will still support Warranty work on MC for another year to three years depending on which direction MC decides to go.

TSR left Mastercraft. They where always one of the top dealers for them. Per the info page the boat sales is now part of central Texas water sports group.

Wonder if MC will be looking for another dealer for the San Antonio and Sourh Texas area. If not, then I guess the Austin MC dealer could stand to gain more sales.

I don't follow the pros too much, but I did notice that there was a side-story in there as well.

"In addition, Axis Wake has signed long time TSR athlete, Tom Fooshee as their newest pro rider. Tom will proudly be riding behind the 2014 Axis A22 Liquid Force Edition as soon as it is available."

Yea on the lakes around me it is about 35-40 percent MC, 30 percent Malibu , 10-15 percent CC and then others. With Ski Ranch making the jump to Malibu that number will start to skew towards a very dominant Malibu market.

Mastercraft has totally turned their back on the average middle class family. There boats are phenomenal but if you can sell BU which most would put on the MC level and Axis pointed at the closer to normal guy why would you not go that route??? Makes lots of sense to me!!!!
