Distance behind the boat on VLX

What is the average distance from the back of a VLX a person can surf. I will have stock ballast, plus a 750 in the rear, plus some added weight up front.
I am 190 lbs and curious to know if I will be riding a few feet from the swim platform or can I get 10 feet+ back.

What year VLX ? 05-08 VLX throws a pretty steep, tall wake but not very long. Try adding more weight in the bow or speeding up a lil more and that should lenghten the pocket. A VLX will never give a super long pocket like a Enzo, but it can be made better.
