From the looks of it...

In the New Wakeboarding Mag it seems as if tino santori and Shawn Watson are riding for Company. If you look at the board on Tino Santori's feet in the picture of him in the contents in front of the mag it is the Company Proto. Also if you look at the company proto on the Stuff page you can see shawn watsons name on the board next to prototype athelete. I dont know if this is really true and sorry if i pissed anyone off cause i know how people are with this stupid company wake thing but thats what it really seems like from those pictures. Any other input?

sooo... what if company is just a company off of liquid force that is making flex boards and stuff? i mean obviously company has a lot of money, and so does LF, and if watson resigned for them but is riding a company board... but hey, im probably wayy off. but it could be a company like byerlys spin off of hype.

Can someone give some background on "Company"? I'm not familiar with the story....

There was a Company wake thread a few weeks back and Justin Stephens (I don't know if he is an owner, team manager or what?) posted that they were not an offshoot of LF or any other company. Tino is riding for them, but they have disputed the rumors of Watson riding for them. That prototype with Watson's name has sparked several debates here on the site, seems like maybe he did some test riding for them. Only time will tell.

On the same thread stated about^^ Justin Stephens included contact information and encouraged anyone with more questions to contact him.

Watson resigned with LF for next year, or so I heard, sooooo yeah.

Like Stephen said, Company is independently owned and operated. They are their own company. As for Watson riding for them, I don't know why you would make a proto with the guys name on it if he wasn't going to have at least something to do with the company.
