how to resize pictures to fit website please help

someone from the website gave me a link that is from windows and u right click and select resize pics and u were good. computer crashed and know i have to install that resize pic software again. if anyone knows the link or what i am talking about would be great thanks.

^^^ Randy has THE BEST option i have ever heard and have been using for some time^^^

but on a side note there is a free software download here -->http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/batch-image-reszier/?gp=1164911178 TODAY ONLY that allows resizing and rotation and such of multiple photos at once. i did not dl it, seems too gimiky to me from the description and reviews, but it might be handy to some and it is FREE
