I need some tips on removing window tint. I had the window regulator go out in my expedition and it took a big gash out of the tint. So I have to take the tint off and have someone retint it

If you can rent a steamer that would be the best.

Get a razor blade and a can of Windex. Pull all the tint off once you get under it. Then spray the glue with windex and scrape it off. Easy to do.

Spray white vinegar on the tint. Then place saran wrap on the vinegar to hold it on the tint. Let it sit for 15 minutes and peal.

I swear, it works, I've done it.

You will find this on Google too.

or you could just pay an extra 10 dollars when you have the window tint re-done and they'll do it for you

Razor blade and Gunk glass cleaner. I just removed mine off my truck a few weeks ago to have it done darker.
