Supra 2007 swivel captains chair in 2006?

Can you put the swivel captains chair from a 2007 or newer Supra in a 2006? I have a 06' 24 SSV and would like to uprgrade to a swivel seat like in the 2007s.

any pictures would be great! i have been thinking about doing this in my boat (2006 21V). any other options?

I was told by our dealer that you can't retrofit the chair. However, I'm sure with enough time spent and some manual work, you could fit it or a similar chair.

i did it on my 24 ssv its an 05. it was not cheap the seat base and seat were over a grand, the problem is you will lose 2-3 inches in for/aft adjustment, if you look at a 07 you will notice behind the seat the gelcoat is at a 90 degree angle youre boat is angled a bit hence the loss of a couple of inches. im a big guy 6ft 265lbs, im happy with the seat and the added support along the sides.... island marine did the install and did an awesome job!!!!

yeah i don't see why you could not... they did not change the top deck during those years... just doctored it up a bit to make it work..
