Just had p.p installed and used it on the weekend, Just love it. My question is when i turn p.p off and then go wide open across the lake ,when i go to back off the throttle it seems at about 3/4 it sticks, then you have to pull it a little harder until it releases , is this normal?

Look at the picture and you will see the black part of the carb linkage is touching the throttle cable. This will cause all kinds of problems. BTW this picture is of a VLX install that was a paid installation. The cure is to simply bend it out of the way or....cut it off. That just means no going back. This is assuming that you are having this problem.
