I think Bullet Lines offers an aftermarket one .... but its only for Wakecraft.

...seriously though, you could dip a 5-gallon pale in the lake in about 3 seconds, or look into Pure-Vert ballast - but not for 4-seconds.

I forget his name, but he has invented a bunch of watersports related products, hydrofoils, pure vert, and now has a video out with his gravity/gate ballast that fills in 3 seconds. I cannot find the video, but its somewhere out there, I think on the malibucrew. I will go find it.

Mike Murphy is the guy you're talking about and his new system is called InstaFill but I don't think it's in production on any boats yet.

Looks cool but how do you add to an existing boat without ripping the boat apart?

Looks expensive to add. I'd check other options.

i wouldn't want to add it to my boat, but if this system is implemented at production, it would be awesome. obviously there are going to be minor and probably major tweaks to this system, but if he can get water up to the bow somehow with a system like this, then it would be really incredible.

Buy an EPIC?

What does an Epic (which i think is awesome that it has 4k stock) have to do with 3 second ballast that fills once up to speed? Not sure how the epic works but my understanding is it still tanks on board with through holes and pumps. This system looks like the tanks cannot leak into the boat, fills when up to speed and drains at speed too.

I agree with you. As far as front ballast you could do the same thing. Have a gate that opens forward under the hull to fill and the opens to the rear to drain.

I think the guy is on to something. We will have wait and see if any of the comapnies pick up his design and incorporate it into new models.
