Actually guys due to a scheduling conflict Randal "The Vandal" Harris will be appearing this weekend on our humble Lake Conroe. I'm freakin stoked to be able to show these guys where we ride most weekends. I can't believe the response here has been so apathetic about getting these guys in our neck of the woods. Seriously I don't care what you drive or what you ride come out and see us this weekend. Cheers

Josh - the event is at a well-known bar on the lake with public docks. Anyone with any type of boat is able to park their boat there. It's not like this is some kind of private party or something.

I'm not stupid, that was a semi-joke, but once again the fact that no one here understands sarcasm came back to bite me. I know. We were out there all day and had a blast, even though the weather was shotty. I saw your LSV out there, and wanted to come say hi, but we were about to jump on the boat and head out when you pulled up, and I didn't see you when I came back. You have the 4 wetsounds on the tower right? When you pulled in I looked out and commented on how great the boat looked, just sayin'

Thanks for the pictures Aaron. I was just glad to introduce some people to the sport. "The Vandal", and I got everyone on our boat but an 11yo girl up, and even that was close! Too bad the weather didn't break till like 3:00. After that it was perfect! Next event will be April 20th. Hope even more people come, our tab wasn't nearly enough.....

Matt, thanks for the invite yesterday. It was pretty sick watching Rusty and Randal ride. That was probably one of the sickest places to ride. Do you have any other pictures for the day? I have some footage that I will put on a DVD for ya of Rusty and Randal riding. Rusty sure knows how to break a boat in.

best thing about that mocha interior on the 45 is that it doesn't get hot!! We were out in it a few weeks ago on Lake Houston, it was 80 and sunny all day, it sat in the lot til 1 with the cover off, getting sun all day, we got in it, and it was cool as the other side of the pillow!

Josh - thanks for the props on my boat - yes, it's the black LSV with the 4 Wet Sounds.

Matt - saw your X-star but didn't get a chance to come by and to see who you were or meet you. Next time you are heading up to 1097, hit me up if you need another rider. I have a relatively open schedule and love riding during the week when I can. I don't know any riders out here on Conroe even though I've lived her for almost 3 years. We're usually on the San Jac or Trinity but it's nice to stay close to home for sure!

Yeah I was with Brandon. Im not that close, I-10 and the Beltway. I work flex time so I can cut out a bit early one day to ride. Fridays I get off at 10, so I can make it out there anytime after that.

They didn't have the dealer tags in the boat. I think he let them slide on the jackets. I don't even think he checked for jackets. He snatched us right as we slowed down to go under the 1097 bridge. They are in full force out there.

oh no, he checked for jackets. we had just enough. called me out on a couple non-cga jackets, and I had to point it out that they were in fact CGA. They are total asses. made me take the extinguisher off, wanted to see a throwable and everything. Then we got in trouble for not having dealer tags lol.

Did they ever find the 54yr old man that disappeared that previous Friday they found his canoe and truck. Someone said that's why they were out there so strong.

I don't think they found the guy that drowned. Wouldn't doubt if that's why they were out, but we got stopped for no reason what so ever. kind of frustrating.

Looks like a great event. Sorry I missed getting to check out all the 08s on the water. Bring one to Lake Houston sometime! We actually have good water to ride on the weekends (river.)
