and by assuming that only 11-15% of those who receive their rebates will actually send them in...

Strategy:
Raise the prices a tiny bit on every item, offer a rebate program... assume 20% increase in sales due to rebate program, and only 12% of net sales take advantage of rebate. Great idea... they'll make buckets.
