Anybody made one? Know of any How To's online? Have pics of any? I have made a few fiberglass sub boxes and think it would be an interesting winter project.

A lot of work x 1000. I enjoyed building mine but did to do it, rather than to get it done, if you know what I mean. Gives you tons of street cred with people who know stuff tho.

A crap load of work for sure but very rewarding to do it yourself

They All look sick as. Might be a bit of fun for an after work project on our boat this Summer, few beers, some bog and a belt sander... Only when there's no tide to ride though. Would have been good to start it this week with the shocker conditions we've had... Wind and rain. We've got plenty of both.

Darren I really like the looks of yours. What I want is a project to work on over the winter for when I am bored and I like doing this sort of thing.

Thanks alot guys if anyone has anymore post em up.

Thanks Shane, did you follow the link showing the build pics? The only thing I would do differently would be to cut another mdf ring to form a flat base for the speakers to mount against and sandwich the fleece material. There was a whole heap of work getting those surfaces flat and it would have been much easier with the above tip.
