I'm looking at a used boat that has had the prop and drive shaft replacement from the owner hitting something. I'm wondering if there is any reason to be worried about future issues after the replacement. It was done by a dealer / mechanic. I just don't want to drop that money for something that will need constant work done. What should I look for to make sure everything was replaced decently? Thanks for the help.
If they used new parts you should be good to go, its possible that you might need an engine alignment but usually thats done with a strut and drive shaft replacement.
