I know what you mean bought a house on Hammers island last Oct. been jonesing since then. Will be out all weekend enjoying life.

Bought it last year in May. I'm doing a lot of business now in the Valley now so I'm here full time.

Just my ship! :-) Actually all the shipping is a ways away at the main channel going over to Stockton. Dbay is in the south delta. (best part IMHO!) That far slough is Indian slough which goes over to Orwoods - very entertaining in the summer watching the traffic there! That photo is shot from our 2nd floor master bedroom balcony. Fast water is about 200 yards away to the right.

Thanks for not buying it Ed!

I have always wanted to live here but we always had the place on golden Isle. My wife finally relented last april when the County red tagged the island.

Unfortunately Walt living large also means large bills! Hopefully real estate out here continues to be hot.
