Once your arms are locked your screwed keep your elbows bent when you are laying backwards and you can spin it around.

Got to pull the handle down to your hips and then spin away. Has to do with your centroid. Same deal as barefoot long line.

yeah, sag love! im in geometry. I have no idea what a centroid is. haha i dont really wanna learn it. usually its just last resort for anything gone bad. i suck at dragging it compared to those guys!
