I was scrolling through the "Gear" section and just took a little trip down memory lane. Looking at some of the old boards I hadn't seen in years made my jaw drop.
My vote goes to the '99 LF Trip 132. Always loved that "...lost", funky, surf style art.

Torrey, if you want more of that type of art, the artist is Drew Brophy...here is a link:

Also, I just got the chance to look at Son Duong's stuff at the recent Byerly visit to the Liquid Playground. He has some really cool stuff too, here is a link to what I could find about him through google:

I always liked the Krown graphics. Never owed one, but liked the way they looked. Maybe that is why they are out of business now?

Can't find a picture, but my favorite board has always been the Gator board that looked like a gatorade bottle on the bottom, but instead said "Gator". They didn't last long, for obvious reasons. I think this was around 2000-2002

That board was from 1996. Classic.
My personal favorite was the 1998 Hyperlite Fluid (Murray's board with the foam core).

+1 on the 1998 138 Nelson Pro - I would happily trade anyone a new 2010 CWB deck in exchange. Must mint condition. Hell, I would take all three 132, 138, 144. Hit me caseyj@ridecwb.com

Thanks for that M-Dizzle. Also, if you go to the ...lost website, they have all the artists, board designs, etc.
Dan, the CWB Slayer, that's a classic. Correct me if I'm wrong but that was the first board with parallel edges, ya? I remember riding that thing at Lonestar Wakeboard Camp w/ Troy Navarro. Ahhh, memories...

I thought the J-Star Lidberg board from a few years ago with all the multi coloured fish on the bottom was pretty sweet. Real clean on the top and bright as hell on the bottom.

+1 for the Lidberg, and also like the simple Jobe Cult this year. Not a hi-spec board, but the smoke effect is neat.

Of course I have the most rare one. Ha ha I am one of the D-up old school. Ron Depp gave them to me when he was cleaning out his garage. The one with the molded center fin has screw in inserts.

I seriously couldn't ever pick a favorite. I love that first trip, I wish I had a murray bug from 98 or a sea horse from 96...and I love all of the cassette graphics. and the original flight 69 is a pretty memorable graphic (slash favorite) for me also.
Here's a du graf I have. It was from my local shop that has since gone out of business, but it's a top sheet in a crappy wood frame. the photo is even crappier but whatever!
