Glory Hole is nice look it up. One thing not joking about the Name and Bring some sort of shade there are hardly any tree's. Good luck all around great lake.

I was wondering what sites in particular were good. is it a good place to leave your boat overnite. I do beach it so does the water level fluctuate?

water level does not fluctaute much at all over night. Yes you need to bring shade, and if you have kids that like to venture around and goof off it would be a good idea to bring a snake bite kit.

Glory Hole is the hook up. And the campsites there are OK as well.
We always stay in the Big Oak campground and sites 98-100-102 are pretty decent with a little more shade. Site 98 has a lot of room and is a pull-through site. We booked 98 and 100 for a few weekends this summer.

No, just go camp on the delta if your going for riding. If your going to hang with family and tube you will have fun. You can have early morning riding and late afternoon. I like that place.

I'll be there second week in july. I've never been, but it sounds like Glory hole is CLEAN and the launch ramp is not too far. Some have moored their boats and others take them out for the night. I've been told that most camp sites aren't on the water. I guess the camp sites are elevated in relation to the lake. LOL
