I am still looking for a new wakeboard and i have a question: If i were to buy a board like the CWB pure and other boards that are called "intermediate" level boards, would that hurt me when i got to better tricks? In other words, should i just spend more money on an advanced board than limit myself to an intermediate board cause it's cheap---- or will i just need a new higher level board later?

just my opinion, but I think you will be happy with the Pure it is a very good all-around board. Not trying to take away from your skills, however it is very difficult to outride the baords these days. Also I think as you progress you will ride other boards, and probably have serveral or bounce between companies and lenghts. I still ride and, love my 134 LF trip from 2000 or 1999 or something. If you buy to much board in the begining it may frustrate you, because you don't have the control or stability you need. As everyone will say or should Demo, Demo, Demo.
Good luck
G
