Fill it at your house with the garden hose.
I do it all the time.

eric - so you pull the plug and drain it into the bilge? I wondered if that was a little hard on the boat.

Fill = putting water in sac

Drain = empty water out of sac

I use my pump to drain it on the water, but filling them is easier at home. And if I do drain it at home all I do is put a hose in the sac and put the end of the hose lower than the sac and it drains just fine.

what if you have a sac in a locker and no pump is there anyway that you can get the water out from down there
