What is the best way to go about starting hs fs 360s i can do one wrapped but have problems with the handle pass also are blind 180s hard if iv got down regular 180s thanks

hs 3's just wait till your in the air and pull the handle to your middle back. if you can do them wrapped then you already have the wait till your in the air and the stayign on axis so these shouldn't be too hard. practice on a trampoline if possible it really helps($140 at wal mart for a 14ft was definetly worth it). i can do ts and hs 3s w2w and hs backrolls but still can't get the bs 180 but i'm slowly working on it.
