Well...aside from Will's "EXTREME DEFINITION IN ABDOMINAL REGION", after watching her section in the Chick Flick, you can see she BEAMS with personality! She definitley seems ike the type of girl who'd pass on a date with Shallow Hal's that like to point out her incredible abs.

The whole notion of her "abs" being an issue for a guy is bizarre to me......it would be like female wakeboarders saying that JD Webb's deltoids are too defined.

Will is an athlete, who happens to be very pretty and in top physical shape, as is 99.9% of the other female pro's.

One of the great things about growing old is that I can see "hotness" in ways I couldn't when I was 17. I think all these girls were pretty hot in this flick. Although, I certainly can't argue with the support Will is getting in this thread.

To bring up a point made in another chick flick thread, I couldn't be more disappointed in Melissa's excuse for not participating in the film in order to focus on her section in the Truth. Amber Wing managed to do both and her section was vastly superior to Melissa's in the Truth. Amber is a girl I doubt I would have found hugely attractive when I was 17, but damn that girl is "hot" in so many ways.

Hahn.....you should look into that new Laser Eye Surgery deal...Lasik.....I hear like only 1 out of 1500 people don't see results.

You may have a valid point there, but to each his own I guess.....I for one find athletic, toned and defined, and in-shape girls very attractive....the sport of wake puts them in swimsuits, then water is added.....which takes your 10% WAY up!

Also IMO....Leslie Kent has the greatest smile of all time!

Fox, you said top physical condition. The Pro women aren't out of shape by any means, but I'd say that Will is in top physical condition as you stated. Look at Parks for instance. Top athlete but not in top physical condition. I don't think wakeboarding requires you to be in top physical condition like many other professional sports.

Chase, I agree with you. In my opinion, I think Melissa screwed up big time. She probably thought she was going to get a spotlight section in The Truth instead of a 30-second spot with regional riders. I bet she would've gotten her own section in The Chick Flick.

I think it is great to see the exposure the Chick Flick is getting. I feel bad that the LF Maven's didn't take better advantage of this opportunity. Very happy to see some of the LF Mavens get involved in the film though (Amber, Tor, etc). Excellent riding through out.

That girl may have been my daughter. She asked Melissa to sign it cause she thought it was cool (in aww is more like it) to see women wakeboarders who she recognized from my mags and movies (it was also her favorite rider till she kinda blew her off at the rail slide.) Shelby more than made up for it though and got my 8 year old daughter super stoked to ride.

Mike....HDTV's have a different hook up than regular TV's. Try changing it from Comp 1 to Vid 1, or vise versa. Switch it and see if that fixes it.

Mike, my audio sync gets off on the Chick Flick when watching it on my tosh hd-dvd player as well. I just assumed it was bad encoding on Joe's part

the sound on my copy was off as well when running through a surround sound ..i made some adjustments with the output and made it better but it wasnt crisp..i dont have a toshiba i just have a standard run of the mlldvd player..

The dude with Will is Jimmy Trask. Jimmy and Zane Schwenk did a couple of wakeboard demos at an event in Winter Haven this past weekend and absolutely ripped it up. Jimmy is one of those guys that needs a huge stick to beat of all the women. Not a good guy to take out with ya, unless your OK with hooking up with the hotties UGLY friend.

I haven't met a girl rider that I didn't like yet... Most of them are really full of personality and a lot of fun to be around. That said... I think it runs in the wakeboarding breed. I haven't met too many boarders, period, that I didn't like being around. Usually laid back, fun people.
