I am wondering if anyone else has fins that are way to sharp on there boards? I have a 06 Hyperlite Pulse with .7" wings and are sharp as HE-double Hockey sticks. I don't even wanna put it on my buds sun pads cause I'm scared they'll dig in and tear up the vinyl. What can a guy do to besides order new ones with round ends? I'm wondering if I can't round them with a grinder and sand them down somewhat. Any thoughts would help!

Ya bro just grind em down a litte bit. It wont hurt anything. If you just take that sharpe edge off and nothing more with a grinder then it shouldnt perform any different. Nothin wrong with customizing your gear a little bit to fit your needs...many others do the same!

When humanoid gets running publicly they will have some blunter fins that ought to be friendly on pads, boats, hands, and rails of course.

i may be crazy but we pretty much dont allow a wings on the boat anymore for that reason. Too many people put holes in my seats with them.

I like my A's... my board doubles as a self defense weapon. You do have to be careful around the vinyl though.

Their's probly not alot of difference between how that bored ride's with and without fins.

There's probably not a lot of difference between how that board rides with and without fins.
