Shane or Ibex?

should i get a shane or an ibex? ive heard good things about both but i dont know which one to get.

I got the Ibex, its extremely poppy and more loose than you would expect a 4 fin board to be, lands soft, and I can spin well on it....its just a solid overall board, if you get one i'm sure you'll be happy....but then again i've never been on a shane

yo i just ordered a shane last week and ive heard theyre frickin ridic, but ill let you kno as soon as it comes in

i have the 07 shane, best board i've ever ridden, and i've tried all LF & Ronix & a few hyperlite.

But it's all personal preference, demo both boards & see which you like.

the problem is i cant demo the shane, i only have one store near me and they dont carry liquid force. How does the shane compare to the ibex in pop and speed? I want my board to ride fast and have huge pop.

i dont think i have ever heard any bad things about the shane. Everyone loves it. definately a safe bet to go with the shane

I just rode the Ibex, course not really because it was behind an X-14 rather than my XStar, so it is hard to say what it is really like, but I wasn't down with it. Just not my style. I did however like the Coven. If you like a fast board with a ton of pop, try that daddy out.
