Should I buy this prop?

I am considering buying this prop but as you can see, it has some staining on it. (see pic) The seller says the stains are from some boat cleaner and the prop is in perfect shape. Should I be concerned? I've just never seen a prop stained like this.

Should I buy it?

Those just look like some etching stains from cleaner, like the owner says. Awsome will do that to a tarnished prop as well.

I wouldn't let that keep me from buying it.
