Were kind of getting into surfing, my boat is a new Tige 22v with riders cruise. For some reason the cruise wont engage below about 14 or 15 mph. Buddies boat with wakeboard pro will hold any speed he programs. Is this a feature only of the pro model or is there something wrong with mine?

I think Cruise is based on RPM where Pro can be either speed (via the paddle wheel) or RPM. I have the Wakeboard Pro and it does a great job of holding speed at 10mph for surfing. If you can't figure it out, give PP a call and maybe they can help you. At worst you could upgrade.

Actually, Bill.. the cruise can be purchased either way, RPM or speed based.

i find that surfing works better without PP anyway. you can help your buddy stay in the pocket especially if they are slashing a lot.
