HL state w/04 parks vs. 04substance w/05 sphynx

I demoed two boards yesterday and loved how the state road and the pop it had. I liked how the substance was looser but I wasn't as confident on it. I am guesing if I road the state finless it would feel closer to the substance. As far as the bindings go I love the sphynx they rock I didn't want to take them off. The parks were alright but I was bummed to see that the base place is realyl fake carbon fiber, ohh well. Anyways I demoed from sail and ski and the guy there realyl knew his stuff. They are offering good deals on packaged deals. Does anyone know if liquid Force has a package deal with the sphynx bindings on a board that will ride like the state. I am not done demoing, what are some other board/binding combo's I should try out. It is so great to be back out on the lake.

I ride a State with Transits....just buy the State and the bindings seperate. Also, I would swap the fin on the state out for a .7 fin...rides a lot looser.

I wqould buy them seperate but i dont have enough money and the package deal saves alot

If you are buying the board and bindings from the same shop, I am sure that they could give you a package deal on any combination of board and bindings.

Go to your local or a local shop to buy it. Or the shop where you demo'd. Those shops won't be around much longer if people continue to shop at them, then buy off the internet that put forward nothing, but got the sale.

No matter what I am buying from the shop b/c they put the money you use for demoing towards your purchase. Sweet deal, I am demoing until I have a board paid for then jsut picking one out.
