Ok I bought a new prop this weekedn because I bnet my other one a needed a spare. As per my profile I have a 205V with the 330HP motor. Ok I can't remember the actual pitch and size of the prop but the guy at Texas Ski Ranch said that it was the prop everyone uses for more hole shot on this particular boat. So I installed the prop and wow what a difference. I can load 2100 lbs in the boat and it gets up no effort. Now when I loaded the boat up at normal I noticed that the wake did not have quite the pop that it usually does. Could the difference in pitch have made that much difference on the wakr of the boat or could I jus have miss weighted the boat?

Thanks in advance
Preston

yes, the pitch makes all the difference.it could also push the boat up enough to notice a slight decline in your wake when not fully loaded. so adjust your wake to your new prop.

So would you suggest more weight in the rear plus less weight in the front to get the old effect back?
