With all of the wakeboarding industry and different sponsors out there.....why don't you throw another zero on the 1080 cash prize and really entice the pros to go for it? I would if I had the resources. 1080 doesn't sound like much of an incentive.

When it does happen, what approach do you think the 1080 is going to landed from? I'm thinking toeside but something tells me that it might be hucked heelside with a backside rotation. I don't see this trick being landed heelside with a frontside rotation anytime soon.

why not frontside? more pros are landing hs and ts 9s frontside than there are pros landing backside 7s.

I can see it toeside, but not heelside considering the momentum will probably throw you on your toeside edge and into the water. But then again there is probably too much momentum either way. I just hope that when we do see it, its a clean 1080 without a sketchy landing.

I'm sorry I'm just not very interested in seeing a 1080. Obviously it's hard as hell but it certainly doesn't look very cool. So we get a sequence of Soven or Harf (the ones with a chance) and then what? a third guy has landed it, whoopty-do.
