Rathy didn't make the finals and Harley did so Harley won the tour. There must have been some kind of judging controversy/rider protest because originally Rathy was listed in 2nd in the semi's but then was bumped to 3rd by Harf.

To our son Harley your family is so proud of you and what you have achieved this season, enjoy the moment.
