I am looking for some ideas for a balast system for my 1996 Mastercraft 190. I want the sacks hidden as much as possible. I have two 350# sacks now just on the floor. What a pain.

My buddy has a 190. We run a phat seat in the back and a 300-400 pounds up in the nose.

Yea I have a 190 and I have weighted the boat every way i can think of. I hve ben using two side sacs and one big original fat sac. This wasn't enough so here I go putting the phat seat in and moved the large fat sac to the front. This turned
out to be the perfect combo. under the passenger seat i added more solid weight to counter the driver. I ride nautiques and malibu too and I think its just as solid and steep at 25mph.approx
Phat seat is the way to go in MC prostar. You may have to take some water out of the seat if people
sit there.
