Hi

Have an '09 X1, came with the rear tanks, and the KGB was supplied in a box and dealer installed (in New Zealand). I am currently setting up with the Fly high Integrated Bow sac and a separate pump. My rear pumps are run through the timer system and will stop pumping after about 5-8 seconds when draining and sacs are empty. I have always assumed this was the run-dry protection of the pump (as the timers only control fill, not drain). The pump that has been installed for the KGB keeps pumping on drain even when the sac is empty, as does the extra pump I have for the bow. I see that Jabsco's site claims that the run-dry protection kicks in after 20minutes of no water!?! Does anyone else have any experience with this (I would like the pumps to cut off as the rear ones do (ie- about 5-8 seconds after sacs are empty) if possible, but I am not sure if this is what i should be expecting?)
All pumps are 18220-8123.
