I'm sorry but I gain nothing from your diagram. So you have a seperate cranking and house battery? Everything for the house is on one and nothing but the starter on the other? The Perko is hooked to both so you can charge off the alternator?

I want a separate cranking battery and everything else on the house. I didn't run the wires on the diagram because I'm not sure what becomes common and what doesn't. Since the battery are all ready grounded to the starter and the block. Do I need to run a jumper from neg to neg on the batteries also. Was just hoping someone one would jump in and lay it out from stratch.....

Yes you need to have a jumper from neg to neg. Mine is set up like a 1 bat setup with the 2ND running the amps & radio . The perko will switch to the 2ND bat if I ever need it for cranking but is wired only for the stereo. I also have a combiner for charging & keep the systems separate.
