Last weekend I noticed that my perfect pass wasn't working, everything on the guage worked except the on/off switch (The most important part, right???) Anyways, on Tuesday I called Perfect pass (spoke with Carol, great person to talk to) and she said that I needed a new membrane for the guage. I told her I have a four day trip planned for the 4th of July and she said get it to me as fast as posssible. So, the guage comes out, get slammed into a box and next day aired to Canada. They get the guage, swap the membrane and ship it back to me the SAME day!! Talk about customer service!! I get my guage back a day earlier then expected and I'm back on the water! Perfect pass is a very expensive product but thier customer service backs up every penny you spend! Thanks again perfect pass for getting me back out there!

Nice to see there's businesses still around that care about their customers.
