Correct Craft changed the 210 to its current hull in 2007. I think the biggest difference is that they widened the beam by 7in. Can anyone tell me if there is a noticeable difference in the wakes?

Massive difference! The old 210 is very steep and responds well to weight. The new 210 is on the rampy side and takes a lot of weight to really stand up. I prefer the new 210 personally.

I have a lot of experience with the old 210 but except for boat shows I have never been inside of the new 210. I have heard the same thing about the wakes as stated above. The old 210 will definitely give you a big straight up pop. They changed the layout of the interior to a full wrap around in 2008 where the rear bench flips around to face backwards. I forget exactly how it was but the 2007 interior was sort of strange and probably the reason why it only lasted for one model year before they changed it. Both are great boats from everything I hear.

I really enjoyed the new SAN wake on my friend's boat. In fact, the new SAN has me thinking about a change from my 2000 BU. The old SAN wake was a bit abrupt for my taste while the new SAN wake is just about perfect. Not as abrupt and not at all too rampy.

I've owned both hulls (2004, 2007, and have a 2009 on order) and agree with what greatdane said.

Old hull is a very vert wake with not much transition. Abrupt pop that sends you straight up. Doesn't require much weight past stock ballast if any extra at all. I added weight to the bow on my 2004 just to give the wake a little more ramp.

The new hull has a much better transition, although I wouldn't say it is really rampy. Kind of in between. Definitely much more ramp than the old 210 though. I run mine stock ballast + 520 lbs. of pop bags most of the time and it is killer. I have filled up sacks (another 800 lbs.) on top of that a few times as well and the wake was the same shape I am used to, just bigger. The new hull takes extra weight to get a great wake, but it doesn't require 2000+ lbs. like some boats do.

Had a 2005 210 super air traded it in for a 2008 210 super air, sold the 2008 210 with in four month: wake was not vert had to put so much extra weight in just to get a med ramp size also with zero off on ,the boat purpose all the time. Bring back the old hull Correct Craft!!!!!!!!

ive ridden both and really liked both, if i could afford a new one id get the 08, i thought the 07 layout sucked. The original 210 has some serious pop, but ive seen a couple pics of people adding like 400 pounds more to the bow and getting a really nice transition. I thought the new one had a ton of pop with stock ballast and four people. Ive heard with a lil extra weight its even better.
