So I just wanted to give a shout out to Ronix for going above and beyond to make a customer happy. I have been riding the Ronix boots since I first tried them on in 07. This year I was riding some 2011 Ronix One's and I loved them, perfect blend of support and tweak-ability (that's not a word!) . Recently I had an issue with the left boot and after working with Ryan at Ronix, he came up with a great solution and today a brand new set of 2012 boots arrived at my door. I couldn't be happier. The boots that were warrantied were out of the warranty period too but Ryan went the extra mile to keep a long time customer happy. I just can't say enough good things. Seriously, how often do companies do this for their customers?

The Ronix boots are the best on the market in my opinion, but the fact that they back them up with such a good warranty department says heaps about them as a whole company. Now I need to decide between the Phoenix Project and the new 2012 One.
