I recomend making your own. You spend about $60-100 in parts instead of $700.

I made mine, they rock. I haven't used them yet, weather sucks so far. If you are the handy type, make them, if not be prepared to get raped.

Thanks. Is it legal to even use these at night?
I was told that you can not leave these on at night while heading back to the dock because you can blind other boats.

Search the archives, this has been a topic many times before. Tower lights are mainly for show or launch ramp loading situations. They provide too much glare to use even if they were legal which they are not.

Hmmm,
I use my lights for Night boarding in the Delta. I usually go to railroad. I have never seen any police out there past 11pm.

Based on your location I would say you are going to ride mostly in CA and AZ.
It is an illegal in both states
If you go to Lake Mojave, its so dark at nigh that you see better with out them ( I have tried )
I now only use my lights for cleanup and docking.
