Whats the wake like on this model and year? Is it comparable to an LSV 06+ ?

I assume its a 22 SSV as the guy says its 23 feet in length.

The 02' Launch 22ssv is 21'8" without platform, 23'10" with. I believe it to be the same hull as my 05' 22ssv. Skiers Choice changed the hull in 07', I believe, so the 2002 ssv and 06' LSV should be very similar boats, with similar wakes:

06' LSV:
Length without Platform: 21’ 6”
Length with Platform: 23’ 6”
Length with Trailer: 25’ 3”
Width (Beam): 97”
Overall Width with Trailer 102”
Draft: 24”
Weight (Boat Only): 3,300 lbs.
Weight (Boat & Trailer) 4,150 lbs.
Capacity - Passenger 13
Capacity - Weight 1,800 lbs.
Capacity - Fuel: 40 gals.
Standard power: 310 HP, V-8

02' Launch ssv
Overall Length w/o Platform 21’ 8”
Overall Length w/Platform 23’ 10”
Overall Length w/Trailer 25’ 8”
Width (Beam) 95”
Draft 24”
Weight - Boat Only 3,250 lbs.
Weight - Boat & Trailer 4,350 lbs.
Capacity - Passenger 11
Capacity - Weight 1,500 lbs.
Capacity - Fuel 40 gals.
Engine 320 HP, V-8

Matt,

I have an 05 22 SSV and the wake is very good.

Here is how it is weighted:

GG in center
X-Star rear bags in rear lockers
550 in playpen
500 pounds of lead throughout boat.

The wake will not be the biggest you will ever see, but is very firn to hard. Transition is short with a lip at the top that will boot you. Our wake is good 24 MPH @ 75 and 25- 25-5 @ 80.

You will find the Supra is a well constructed boat and valued priced for what you get. I run an upgraded OJ prop and have no problem getting up on plane with the added weight. . I will get a pic on Sunday if you are interested.

I would say very similar wake. I have an 03 SSV and I think it is nearly identical to my cousin's 06 LSV. Matt described the wake well.
Here is what we run:
GG center sac
rear GG sacs
wakeplate up 75%

If its just 3 of us ,we'll add a 565 in the middle sometimes, but not necessary. Very clean, lippy wake.
