Hi
We're some guys from the onknown country far far away called Denmark. We need a tower, well we think we need a tower. Because, how much will a tower help us doing those big tricks? Do you get more air with a tower? We are starting to get yiggy with the wakeboarding so we'll need some nice equipment too. Thanks.

yiggy?

A tower will help more than you know. A tower will allow you to get much higher, but will not MAKE you. That is the key point, but if you are wanting to go big (or go home) get a tower for sure! Clay

Think of the force on the rider with the rope attached to the stern of the boat vs on a tower.

The stern the boat goes lower in the water with weight and on a tower the rope goes higher when on plane at wakeboard speed. The tower force provides an upward force versus a neutral or downward force when attached to the stern.

You can make a pylon yourself pretty cheap, check out www.diyTower.com, or eBay. Try that or ride behind a boat with a tower to know the difference.
