i stuck on which board to buy. I'm inbetween the Subtance, Subject 2005, 3DS and Era 2005. I want a board thats good to ride cable, but i'm currently riding behind the boat. And finally do the removable side fins really make a difference whilst slidin

I rode the substance at the cable park. I shredded my molded side fins...Maybe the removable side fins are a good idea.

my guess is that it would be very awkward to get used to a board with no fins, but just look at boards like the Roam. it has absolutely a pure flat bottom. no fins, no channels, no nothin, yet people love it when they get used to the way it edges.
