Thanks.
Would you render an opinion as to what the benefits are of one over the other?
Does one cost more to tune? Do you tune it less often?
Would one add to the price of a boat? How much?
Thanks again.

I would say the extra 20 horsepower (310 vs 330) is well worth any extra dollars you spend. I'm sure you'll get it back anyway upon resale. If you plan to throw any excessive weight or carry a large crew with you I'd say the 330 horse would be your best choice.

TBI Throttle Body Injected The fuel comes out of 2 ports for the whole motor. It's controled with electronic's. It's a carburetor on steriods. I have it on my boat MC 205, 1995

EFI Electronic Fuel Injection. Each cylinder has a fuel injector. It's what cars have. EFI would cost more.

How much I don't have a clue. Just guessing the motors are different size and Horse Power. You could book it out Kelly Blue Book to see what they say.

EFI will be a little more fuel efficient and a little more horsepower. I actually think the TBI engines have more torque but I am not positive. They both cost about the same to maintain unless the EFI computer goes out which I have heard is very expensive. I know for sure the EFI boats go for more than the TBI boats as far as resale.

The one on the top is the LTR with Cadillac Northstar Ignition. The badge is just missing. It is the optional engine (=more power)
