08 murrays and 08 byerlys ripe offs!

does anybody else think they are WAY to Similar.i mean same design same features only difference that i can see is they arn't the same color.so am i missing something or who riped who off?

Byerly is Hyperlite's little brother. They are pretty much the same company.

Byerly boards are made by Hyperlite as a sub brand. Marketed in seperate ads. They are very similar in design from my amateur understanding.

No rip off. Like others said they came out of the same factory for basically the same company.
As far as the bindings being WAY too similar you couldn't be more wrong. They are made using the same materials but each bindings is way different. For starters the removable stiffeners are completely different. The cut on the boots are way different. Murrays are lower, wider on your foot and stiffer side to side.
You are just now seeing these bindings? We are in 2009.

no i saw them last year but i got my 08 murray's a while back and saw them resently and was like they look alot alike.and the features sound alot alike like hidden pockets and side stiffeners which are removable i think.didn't mean to dis byerly or anything just wanted to know if they were as alike as they looked.
