Well, I got my first ding on my Shredd Stixx Jamako and I noticed it was getting water in it. It's a small gash, about half an inch in length, and looks like a knife cut. I thought about using two-part epoxy. Is this the way to go or something else?

The inevitable ding. When the ding isn't structural, like what you are talking about, I'm a big fan of 5 min epoxy from your local hardware store. It's quick, easy and cheap. It will turn yellow pretty quickly, so if cosmetics are important, you'll want to try and dye the epoxy, or select one of the specific ding repair products. I found this list at La Jolla Surf - pretty extensive:

I'm sorry for the dead link Nathan, I'm having trouble with creating hyperlinks this morning!

In the interest of completeness:

One more try at the the "pretty" link:

Hyper link of above
