I have had two customers with 2006 Pro V2's. They both said that the factory system was awesome (filled and drained quick) but the boat needed about 500lbs. in the bow to shape the wake and improve the transition. For wakesurfing add between 400lbs. to 700lbs. in the rear locker. I think you will have some space issues. What are the measurements in your rear locker?

I think one guy used the Fly High Side sacs in the bow and a Fly High V Drive Surf Sac in the locker. The other used Skylon Fat buddies in the bow. Hopefully this helps.
Thanks,
Spencer

hey rob
I have a 08 team v I only use the stock ballast for wake boarding 1200# planning on putting a 500# fat sack towards the rear of the boat this year. for wake surfing I put stock ballast on the side that your surfing then 500# in the rear locker and 500#on the floor on the same side couple off friends up front and the rest in the back speed around 11mph makes a killer wake. What year is your calabria? how do you like yours?

The wakeboarding wake is awesome I would not change it, everyone that has been behind it loves it. The wakesufer wake is also very good. My wieght is 274 LBS and there is enough water displacement to move my fat a$$. One of my friends uses the right side (starboard) and he would rather surf our boat then his malibu. But there is always room for improvement. Would it be better to put weight in by the engine or on the seat?

The Calabria is 2006 and I would never get rid of it, we love it. check profile

mine seems to make a better wake when I put it the back locker. I had the owner of a supra dealer ride behind mine and he love the wake also.

Gotta 05 Pro-V (not Pro-V2)......

I run 540 in the nose about 200 on the starboard and about 280 on the port side, in addition to the on-board ballast.

I had to re-prop once I got around 1200, to keep up performance levels.
